You also have complete access to our support forums to see what other users/customers are saying about our parts manuals. We feel this is more than adequate to evaluate the software but should you have any additional questions before purchase, feel free to contact our sales department for assistance.

If after purchasing a license to one of our parts manuals, you determine that it simply doesn't work for you, you may still obtain a refund of your purchase price (less any shipping and handling).

Before a refund will be issued however, you must contact our sales department and work with them to deactivate your license from our web server. If we cannot deactivate your license for whatever reason (the original computer that the parts manual was installed on was destroyed for example) - we will issue a refund soley at our discretion.

This return policy is applicable for 30 days after license purchase.
