Activating iFig Reader

Registration is optional when evaluating the iFig technology. Until you have properly registered and activated your copy of iFig Reader with the MiliTek web server however, all installed iFig Sets will operate in demo mode.

An iFig Set that opens in demo mode retains all of the features and capability as a fully activated iFig Set with 2 exceptions. First, an iFig Set opened in demo mode will only display and use the first 25 figures. Second, no updates to the iFig Set can be downloaded or installed while it is in demo mode.

When you purchase a license to an iFig Set, you are issued a 20 digit registration key (also referred to as a serial number). This number is unique to your order and should not be shared with anyone. This key is used to register iFig Reader.

When you first start the iFig Reader application, you are prompted with the below registration screen. If you choose not to register at this time, your installed iFig Sets will operate in demo mode. If you later decide to purchase a license to an installed iFig Set, you will be prompted to register again when you try to activate the iFig Set via the License Manager Utility.

After registering your copy of iFig Reader, you will be prompted with the Activation Screen. To activate your copy of iFig Reader, you simply click the "Continue" button. The utility will connect to the MiliTek Web server and issue your computer a new license.
